A Perfect Wedding and Honeymoon Getaway!
We eloped and were married on 1-10-12 and could not have been luckier to celebrate our wedding at the Hacienda! Leigh made planning our elopement super easy, no detail was overlooked but it was totally hassle free. The Reverend with whom Leigh works was spectacular and kind-he took the time to get to know us and on wedding day they worked together so well that we were free to smile, laugh,and enjoy our day! The villa was warm and inviting, beautifully decorated, and blissfully private. The view from the villa was breathtaking with pretty flowers and a big, beautiful sky--we were surrounded by sunshine! On our wedding day, Leigh specially decorated the table and put out a tasty deli spread. She took hundreds of photographs and captured all of the beautiful moments of our wedding. We were close to main street in Calistoga, St. Helena, and Napa and getting to San Francisco was a breeze! Practically "down the block" was the Safari ( a wild life preserve) which was a lot of fun, and "around the corner" was Castillo de Amorosa (try the grape juice). But if sightseeing isn't your thing, no worries because you could just unwind and relax in the hot tub! We look forward to staying at the Hacienda again, perhaps to celebrate an anniversary or just to enjoy a relaxing get-away!

We just wanted to send you our warmest thanks for everything you did to make our wedding day so special. We were beyond pleased with how everything went. Casabela exceeded our expectations, what a lovely location for the ceremony. The house and gardens are just beautiful. Everything you did was so nice, the food, your photos. Reverend Blaine was great, he made the service special and personal. Thank you for your gracious hospitality and attention to all the details. We have fond memories of the day, and so do our guests. You're the best!

Sorry I was late getting back to you. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our beautiful wedding and stay at the Hacienda. I wasn't sure what we had gotten ourselves into when we first made the drive up as it was so isolated, but as soon as we arrived at the house I knew that it was the perfect setting and location for our wedding. The Hacienda lodge was truly an oasis of beauty and peace and just what we had been looking for. Greg really appreciated the design and décor of the house - you have done a beautiful job, and we loved the spectacular deck outside. We loved that it was close enough to Calistoga to get places quickly but still had the feeling of being very remote. And it was very nice to come back and unwind in the hot-tub as the sunset and the temperature dropped. Looking up at all the stars it felt like we were the only two people in the world! Thank you again for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. The ceremony, food and scenery for the wedding were all terrific, we loved how laid back and comfortable it was.and the noon-time wedding gave us an opportunity to spend the rest of the day wine-tasting - we went out in our wedding clothes and were treated like celebrities. J So fun!

The pictures came out beautiful and everyone has loved them. I am still smiling when I look at them. The scenery at the house was the perfect back drop and I was so happy to be able to have the ceremony and pictures outside. We would definitely recommend the Hacienda for people looking to do something other than a traditional wedding, and we would love to make a trip back some time with friends ourselves, maybe for an anniversary?!

I had the most romantic wedding/honeymoon at the Hacienda. I'm so glad we decided to go there. My wife and I run businesses, so it was perfect that Leigh took care of all the details for us - al fresco food spread, photography (everyone LOVES our wedding pictures, and one of them was even chosen to be in a magazine!), wedding cake which was super delicious, champagne, flowers, pastor... All we had to do really was show up and say "I do". The Hacienda was in a beautiful location, secluded, away from all the fuss, but close enough to drive into town for mud baths, massages, and dinner. Leigh was very helpful and accommodating, and an all around great host. When we arrived, we were instructed on things like how to operate the hot tub, and the sound system, and how to control all the different dimmers and lights, which actually made our stay more comfortable and very romantic. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway or elopement destination.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. We've told just about everyone and wouldn't change a thing if we had to do it all over again. Dawn is doing some fabulous holiday parties right now in San Antonio, and I'm in New Orleans working and waiting for her to come over in January. Just submitted a review for you. I recently had the pleasure of working with Leigh, the owner of the Hacienda - to book an Elopement Package. The experience was very positive and very professional. Upon their return, I spoke with my clients who expressed how happy they were with all of the special arrangements made by Leigh from assistance with flowers to the hair stylist, wonderful meal and "wedding" ceremony. I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to working with Leigh in the future.

The Hacienda house was the location for our January 16th wedding ceremony as well as our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, quiet, private location! The hot tub on the deck defenately helped make the stay very romantic and Rev. Blane performed a great ceremony for the two of us. Thank you Leigh for letting us become husband and wife at your gorgeous property! We will be back..

What wonderful weather we had for our wedding. Our entire day and night was magical. Boy, did the frogs sing at night. We loved the wild turkeys and quail. It is just lovely up here.

Don and I had no idea when we were invited to share in Sam and Leslie's wedding what a special day and special place it would be. Your attention to detail made it almost effortless for us all to just relax and enjoy ourselves and the lovely Hacienda.

We look forward to returning again and will definitely recommend the Hacienda to our friends. We leave reluctantly, but with many happy memories.
